Privacy
Short version: no accounts, no ads, no trackers, no third-party scripts.
What is stored
- A random voter ID in one first-party cookie (
mp_voter, one year). It is only used to keep your answers together, avoid showing you the same matchup twice, and build your personal ranking. It is not linked to your name or email. - Your answers: which matchups you answered, what you picked (or tie / don't know), and when.
- A hashed IP address: your IP is combined with a secret and hashed, and only the hash is kept. It is used to limit abuse (for example one person flooding a poll). The original IP is not stored by this app.
What is not stored
No names, emails, accounts, location, or fingerprinting. Nothing is sold or shared. Results shown to others are totals, never individual answers.
Your choices
Clearing your cookies for this site disconnects you from your earlier answers. They stay in the aggregate results but can no longer be tied to you.
